Femi F. Bello is the celebrated and renowned promoter of Afrobeat, a preeminent music platform for national as well as international artists whose repertoire bridges cultures, traditions and folklores, be it from our great State of Illinois or from the sounds and lyrics of our ancestral Africa. Since 2008 artists such as 2face, P-Square, Wizkid, Davido, Olaminde, Wande Cole, Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade have amused and delighted American audiences, locally and nationwide.
Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Femi F. Bello's formative years were inspired by nature's beauty, communal sounds and collective industries. At the young age of 18 he moved to Chicago, Illinois, studied business administration and energetically embraced a variety of entrepreneurial initiatives. Presently he owns and has successfully operated a car dealership for the past 25 years in Chicago, Illinois. Since 2008, Femi applied his experience and acumen for business to a new and very successful enterprise in the promotion of Artists and Entertainers. In the fall of 2008 Femi introduced to Chicago, Illinois, his signature brand: Afrobeat Production.

Darling Belloo

Co-Founder

Darling Bello was born in 1975 in Monrovia, Liberia. At the age of 12, after spending her formative years in Monrovia, Darling moved to Chicago, Illinois, where she still resides today. Darling received a Master of Arts in Counseling at Roosevelt University and a Masters of Arts in Teaching at National-Louis University in Chicago, Illinois. Darling worked as an Educational Counselor for three years. Subsequently she has held teaching positions within the private and public sectors since. During the academic school year Darling professes as a high school teacher within the public school sector; in the summer she is an instructor at Northeastern Illinois University.
In the summers of 1993 through 2000, Darling fashioned Elentee' Vitale as a model, which involved runway and billboard modeling. Most of Darling's casting was based in Chicago. In the summer of April 2013, Darling was signed by Babes 'N Beaus Talent Agency to continue modeling. Since the fall of 2008 Femi and Darling launched Afrobeat Production to promote Artists and Entertainers. Encouraged by Femi's previous entrepreneurial achievements, Darling and Femi are today enthusiastically promoting diverse shows at small and large venues, locally and nationwide.
Afrobeat Productions is more than just a production company 🤝 we are cultural ambassadors, proudly presenting the vibrant rhythms and diverse arts of Africa. What began as a modest gathering of 400 in a club has now evolved into a leading force in the entertainment industry, hosting events that rival the most well-established nightclubs across the United States and beyond.
